Blurry

Her heart listened as he beckoned her
Hearing his silken lies of love
Woven with soft sensuous threads of fantasy
Satisfying some need inside of him
So carefully planned, so controlled
Coaxing her on a journey known only to him
On a golden path she took his hand
Daring to dream his dream ... she followed
him

She was a puppet in his fantasy
Dancing to the music of his dark soul
Surrendering the heart he so desired
Everything he asked, she gave to him
Her humiliations, her painful secrets
Her soul now in his hands
Lost in the warm comfort of his desires
All that she was ... now belonged to him

His voice wove poetry in her heart
Her feet moved to his music
Filling his needs, his desires
Her senses tasting him
Seducing her, consuming her
Her body making love to him
Her heart aching for love from him
She was lost ... lost in the essence of him

Forgetting herself, her place in life
Hard lessons learned long ago
She ached for his hands, his touch
Wanting him, needing him, desiring him,
Her every thought of him
Her only dreams of him
Completely she surrendered to him
Her whole being ... hopelessly in love with
him

Desire to touch him, hold him, take in his
scent
Have him in her arms, Feel his warmth
To breath in his breath
Love him, protect him, care for him
To bring him comfort
Heal his heart, reach his soul,
Bring light to his darkness
This was all ... all she wanted of him

Empty arms outstretched, she cried out
In need of truth to save her from this
torment
Turning his back he left and walked away
Journey now ending as she begged him
Heart scattered in pieces about her
No words to explain, no understanding to
comfort
Confusion and disillusionment ruling
And in her pain ... she ached for him

His journey continued, another at his side
While his lies and deceptions tore at her
His destruction of her so complete
She faded into the darkness of him
Now lost in the shadow that was him
As she accepts there was never truth in him
For reality was their lie, his fantasy their
truth
And all that remains ... is her love for him
